1. Service provider

2. The service

AI Marketing Advisor is a self-service online tool for small businesses. It offers website audits, an AI marketing advisor, content suggestions, action plans and marketing reviews based on the information you provide.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and in the businesses (workspaces) you manage.

4. Plans, trial and payment

Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Each additional business is billed as a separate add-on.

Where offered, the 7-day free trial requires a payment method. The subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Cancellation and refunds

6. AI-generated recommendations

Audits, advisor replies, content and reviews are generated with artificial intelligence. They are advisory only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

We do not guarantee any business result, such as more visitors, sales or revenue. You decide whether and how to act on any recommendation, and you remain responsible for checking it before use.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, analyse websites you are not entitled to analyse in breach of applicable rules, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, or disrupt the service.

8. Your content

You keep the rights to the information and content you add. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

10. Changes
